The Digestive Health Alliance is the grassroots arm of the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders ("IFFGD"). IFFGD is a Wisconsin nonstock, nonprofit organization designated under the U.S. IRS code 501(c)(3). We are dedicated to informing, assisting, and supporting people affected by gastrointestinal disorders. The Digestive Health Alliance is organized as an LLC that is managed by IFFGD.
By using this site to organize, coordinate, and/or host a fundraising, awareness, or advocacy campaign or event for IFFGD/DHA, you agree as a condition to such use not to sue and to fully and completely release IFFGD/DHA and their officers, directors, agents and/or employees from any and all claims and liability and to fully and completely defend, indemnify and hold harmless IFFGD/DHA and their officers, directors, agents and/or employees against any and all claims and liability relating to your event or campaign. These acknowledgments are in recognition of support and are non-promotional. DHA reserves the right to refuse funding support for any reason.
